We've been getting tons of suggestions for bands and songs that we should put up, and just to prove that we do actually listen, my music pick today came from a fan suggestion (thanks Demetri!). Rolling Stone called Black Kids one of the top ten artists to watch in 2008, and they definitely seem to be living up to the honour. "Hurricane Jane" is a pretty good song on the whole, but for me the chorus is where I really start to dig it; my personal favourite line is, "It's Friday night and I ain't got nobody so what's the use of making the bed?". Awesome.
